Our league was created to provide athletes with year-round friendly competition combined with professional training. This allows players to have fun while learning and improving their skills.
No other Long Island Basketball League offers the combination of training, games, and practices in climate-controlled, state of the art facilities. Train with the best, to be the best!

We proudly serve youth Boys & Girls from Pre-K-12th & College Students/Adults!

We believe that learning the proper form and techniques are important elements to a fun and efficient playing environment.
At the Spartans Basketball League, we provide professional trainers for all team practices/clinics so each player continues to improve. Adult Basketball League runs four seasons a year and is open to teams and free agents.
Spartans Basketball League offers practices and games at excellent venues. Learn and play on the same courts!
Spartans Basketball League offers the latest technology for easy convenience! TeamSnap is used to keep track of each team's schedule and roster. Automated email reminders and alerts will ensure you have the latest information and will allow you to properly plan your week.
